Full Moon Breathwork

Join Beyond the Gate and Savvy Insight as Nicole of Sacred Soul Space will lead us in a Group Breathework Session. Breathwork is an active form of meditation using a two part breathing pattern.  This floods your system with oxygen allowing for the thinking mind to relax and fall into a trancelike state. Being in this state accesses the unconscious mind and any patterns of thinking, stuck energy or experiences to come forward; allowing for processing and healing.  With a curated playlist, tapping into the healing frequency and Nicole as your guide it is sure to be a memorable and deeply healing experience.  Please bring a yoga mat, light blanket and water to the group for full comfort.

After the session, we will have some time for discussion and light refreshments as part of our re-entry to the regular world. $15 cash energy exchange at the door.
