Full Moon Circle: Gentle Flow & Restore Yoga

Gentle Flow & Restore with Mora is an all levels yoga class designed to bring deep relaxation to the nervous system. Class begins with a slow flow to stretch and transition into a more balanced state. We then shift into restorative poses that allow deep relaxation to integrate throughout the body and mind. Class also incorporates intuitive movement, breathwork, and somatic awareness techniques. The session will conclude with hands on reiki for each student. Please bring your own mat. A pillow, blanket, and/or blocks can be helpful as well. If you don't have a mat, this practice can easily be done on a blanket - just to soften your physical contact with the floor. Limited space. Light refreshments provided. $15 cash energy exchange at the door.
